Reorganization o f a double terrace duplex flat in the center of Valencia. Complete interior design project in which space distribution is stablished, together with a detailed materials selection, technic and decorative illumination, as well as the furniture project production.
The stairs, enormous in the spacious living room, are carried out plainly but concisely throughout a folded metallic sheet. The banister, made of hexagonal brass bars, acquires a subtle prominence within the formal simplicity of the stairs. The storage unit designed by Rubio and Ros and place under the stairs, takes part in its details and its materials. The wood, with great presence in this project, defines great part of the designed spaces. The conexión between all of them allows a comfortable use of the house.
The excellence in used materials and the careful treatment of the lightning, creates an fashionable and cosy house.
